Foxit PDF Business & Converter App Reviews

This worked for 10 minutes after I purchased it. Now if refuses to sync with my Google Drive account. Yay.

This app is a must for those compiling and altering, editing a multi paged PDF with images. Everything looks sharper and crisper and the ability to copy text is more than useful.

After the last update the app doesnt open. Please, fix it. I have several files of my job and I cant acess.

It used to be a very good PDF reader app... Now it takes centuries to open a PDF file, some other centuries to highlight a word or a sentence in the text! Very upset with what the latest update did to this useful app, making it useless!

Please inform a way to rollback to 4.7. Ive paid for an app which now I wouldnt. Let me use what Ive paid for

I have used PDFexpert and I-annotate app. However, both apps constantly crash when I opened some medical books. While I have never experience these problem with Foxit. Only my concern is when I try to write on the pdf, Foxit keeps going back to the page I need to tab on the pencil panel several time to use it. By the way, I use Ipad mini retina and IOS 7 and very happy so far with Foxit

...the ability to have multiple documents open at the same time. Use tabs at the top of the screen. Please! I need to be able to switch quickly from document to document like the app ezpdf reader does. I was charged $4.95 after last update to be able to use the app without watermarks, even though I already purchased the app. Not very happy about that, but otherwise content with the app.

Great features, great design, works great! Well worth the cost.

I have to hand it to the developers, they really put together a bang-up pdf reader. Ive tried pretty much all the competitors, and always find myself returning to Fox-it. The functionality, the layout, and the ease of use are all excellent. Of course, theres about half a dozen things I wish they would change. For example, I wish they could shave off a layer of user input when making annotations. In other words, I want to be able to add text and highlight in several different colors with little or no menu navigation (e.g., the first "level" of the text selection popup menu displays four or five customizable annotation options, or maybe they popup at the bottom of the screen). Another pet peeve is the presence of numerous functions that take up screen real estate but that are rarely used. Maybe the developers could analyze usage patterns of end users to identify unpopular features, and add options to hide or replace them. With that said, my wish list for Foxit is a lot smaller than the other PDF readers. And they do some innovative things that I havent seen elsewhere. Take text selection, for example. Touch the screen and pull in the direction you want. Theres no press and then wait for dragging bars to show up. Its really quick. As for the business edition, the extra functionality you get is probably not worth the money. I havent used anything so far that I didnt in the free version. But thats not really the point in paying for the app. These guys really spent some time putting together a great piece of software, and the $2.99 (or whatever it is at the moment) is the least I can do to show some appreciation.

Awesome - My new favorite PDF Tool and Application!!!

I use foxit on my pc and think they did a great job on the app. Im a JW so I use it mostly to study the PDF files found on JW.ORG Highlighting and adding notes work just fine. When writing something out using the pen, you cant place you hand on the screen making it hard to write other than that works great.

Dropbox cant be used in China.

The update 4.7.0 doesnt work. It crashes, wont open documents.

Great app but its doesnt work after update also its need to add flipping and rotating page its will be very helpful

Cost $5 to discover the app is broken...totally inoperative.

Good and reliable overall - sometimes glitchy when opening Word docs, but usually resolves itself with a second attempt.
