I needed software to encrypt PDF documents in order to send them via email. This software is easy to use.

Hi, I have tried many times to check checkboxes on my documents, and each time it crashes the app requiring the application to be force closed every time. Can this be fixed promptly? If not, can I please have a refund? I have daily OSHA checklists my foremans need to complete on site. Thank you

I use this all the time, and after the recent update, it has become nearly impossible to use. Issues: Bookmark/Outline/Annotation bar does not stay open when scrolling pages. Please Give an option to keep it open and shrink pages so they can be navigated and list bar remains open. Search bar does not stay open after selecting a found search item. Please give an option to keep it open and shrink pages so they can be navigated and search bar remains open. It does not remember zoom level when changing pages in landscape mode anymore. Also, please put back the home and document button in the list bar. Thank You!!

I open a document to read, read it, close it and then its gone. Its disappeared. Theres no persistence over time for documents. I tried saving it but to no avail. Once I close it, its gone. Its not in the documents folder, not in the recent folder, not in any folder. I just wanted a simple PDF reader to read PDF docs and I really wanted this one to work but it doesnt. The same thing is true of the business version. Same exact thing happens. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change. I dont always like to use the best app, GoodReader, for pdfs because I dont want to overload the program. I use it all day long and was just looking for a PDF reader I could read like a book, without making annotations. Ive sent three or four emails to the developer asking for help but have not received a response. I paid for this app. I think Im entitled to a response. Im going to contact Apple and tell them I received no reply from the developer. I really wanted to use this app for light reading and when Im reading a document it works but as soon as I close it, it disappears. Its nowhere in the program. Not in the documents folder; not in the recent folder; not anywhere. I would really appreciate some help from the developer but so far there has been none, despite my emails. Its just wrong to ignore your customers. Its a matter of principle.

I love foxit on my desktop but this app does not do what it says it does. It does not allow me to annotate or highlight or anything other than read a pdf.
